The Primary Goal for this challenge is to improve your physical Strength and your max output during your workouts! Whether your goal is to you build muscle, tone or lose weight, this challenge will help you better your nutrition, stay accountable and stay excited for the next step in your health journey. To measure your progress we will be doing a physical assessment, taking before and after photos and tracking your body composition
